Performance characteristics of MTG/D burner

1. The burner burns stably and efficiently. The flame is not deflected under operating conditions, and the flame does not directly flush the furnace wall.

2. The burner is a split design, and the fan is additionally equipped and can be installed in the fan room to reduce noise.

3. The burner is equipped with an artificial observation hole and an automatic flame detection device.

4. The burner is equipped with an air inlet flow adjustment device, and the air adjustment device is precisely processed. A mechanical indicator device is set on the air regulator to indicate the position of the air regulator blade and mark it with words. The operation and positioning of the air regulator is achieved by controlling the servo motor table through the burner controller.

5. The burner is equipped with an ignition system for automatic ignition of natural gas. The burner is equipped with a flame monitor and necessary seals. The burner is equipped with an automatic sequential ignition device and an ignition safety protection device.

6. The efficiency of the burner can reach 99%.

7. The burner has functions such as gas leak detection, purging, ignition, flame monitoring, flameout protection, intake pressure protection, wind pressure protection, load regulation, gas switching, etc., and is automatically controlled. The use of this type of burner complies with national regulations (TSG ZB001 2008, TSG ZB002 2008).

8. The burner is equipped with a central auxiliary burner. Due to the large power of the burner, it is easy to cause an impact on the furnace pressure when the ignition flame is directly switched to the main flame. The use of the central auxiliary burner enables a smooth transition when the burner ignition and main fire load are switched, making the burner run stably. At the same time, the auxiliary burner can also meet the requirements of the new boiler to dry the furnace and avoid the influence of the main flame being too large and heating too fast.

Advantages of MTG/D burner selection

For this project, a single boiler can be equipped with two MTG4550/D single-fired natural gas burners. The burners use nitrogen reduction technologies such as stratified combustion and flue gas internal circulation.

The natural gas main line adopts two sets of independent Dongsi double solenoid valves in parallel. The post-valve pressure stabilization function of the Dongsi valve group makes the gas pressure entering the combustion system more stable and stabilizes the flame combustion. The auxiliary gas valve group is equipped. After the ignition gun is ignited, the auxiliary gas is released and the main gas is opened with a delay to ensure that the furnace pressure is stable during the startup process and the flame transition is smooth.

A single boiler is equipped with two burners sharing one BMS control cabinet. The combustion control system adopts a PLC+LME composite control system, and the control system interface is displayed in full Chinese. The combustion control system abandons the control method of pure PLC programming to ensure the safe operation of the burner. The Siemens LME electronic controller (rather than a piece of PLC code) is used to control the burner's ignition process, flame detection, wind pressure detection and valve control to ensure the safe operation of the burner and eliminate the error output caused by PLC being affected by external electromagnetic interference or other reasons (such errors often flash by without leaving a trace, and once an accident occurs, it is even impossible to find the cause) and safety hazards caused by human factors. The PLC program is used for the human-machine interface, the load control of the burner, and the communication between the combustion system and the host computer, which is more flexible and user-friendly. The combustion control can communicate with the host computer, and Ethernet communication is used by default.
